Warhammer 40,000 - Teamwork Makes the Nightmare Work - 1.5K Team event

The Event

Warhammer 40,000 Teamwork Makes the Nightmare Work is a 1500 point 3 game four player Team event using Strike Force Missions from the Arks of Omen: Grand Tournament Mission Pack.

Teams will be paired up using the Best Coast Pairings App. Teams must submit their lists via email to store@thegamesbunker.co.uk no later than end of day on Tuesday 23rd May. Any current errata's and Codex's released before or on Saturday 20th May will be used. Teams who fail to submit a list on time may receive a penalty to their event score.

Ticket fees are per Team of four not per Player.

Timings and Missions:

9:00 - 9:30 Registration

9:30 - 12:15 Round 1 - 11 Recover the Relics (pg 82-83)

12:15 - 13:30 Lunch

13:30 - 16:15 Round 2 - 22 Conversion (pg 90-91)

16:30 - 19:15 Round 3 - 31 Tide of Conviction (pg 94-95)

19:15 - 19:45 Awards

Pairings

Once each round is paired teams will have 15 minutes to pair their players.

Each Team will have a Player Card to represent each of their players (A, B, C & D)

The opposing Teams will then secretly pick one of their Player Cards (A) and place it face down in front of them. Both Teams will then reveal their chosen Player Cards.

Teams will then pick 2 of their remaining Player Cards (B & C) to oppose the oppositions face up Player Card and place them on the oppositions Player Card (A).

Teams then choose one of the oppositions Player Cards placed previously (B & C) to pair against their first placed Player Card (A).

The remaining unselected Player Card (D) then is paired against the oppositions Player Card that was not chosen to play their first Player Card (B or C).

Event Rules

Players can bring unpainted miniatures to the event. Proxy miniatures must be checked by the TO prior to the event so please get in touch before submitting your list to confirm allowance.

Players cannot bring armies that share Faction Keywords with another player on their team (Excluding the CHAOS or IMPERIUM Keywords).

Awards

We will be voting for Best Army and Favoured Enemies at this event, but this will not affect the final scorings.

Voucher Prizes and Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Placings, Best Army and Favoured Enemies.

Facilities

Parking is available in our car park or on the street. Disabled access is not currently available to all event areas. Please contact us if you need more information.

Food

Snacks and drinks are available on-site however KFC and McDonalds are a short drive away as are Lidl, Tesco Express and Asda.
